Everything goes to one address: privacy@jadwaltanding.com. It is read by the person who builds the service, not by an automated ticketing system.
We aim to reply within a few working days. For anything involving your data, include your in-app display name so we can find the account.
What people usually write about

Fixture data corrections — a wrong kick-off time, score or team name. Include the link to the match page so we can check it directly.

Account or points problems — a prediction that did not save, points that look wrong, or history missing after changing device.

Privacy and account deletion — access or deletion requests. You can also do this yourself via the account deletion page below.

Advertising and partnerships — questions about ad placements or other collaboration.
•
Reporting a comment — abusive or inappropriate comments on a match page. Include the page link and the author name.
What we cannot help with
JadwalTanding is not a betting site and has no relationship with any betting operator. We cannot help with deposits, withdrawals or accounts on third-party services.
We also do not give betting advice. The projections in the analysis panel are computed from historical data and shown for information.
