Delete Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your JadwalTanding account (the Android app "JadwalTanding", package com.presche.app) and the data associated with it.
There are two ways: directly from inside the app, or by email if the app is no longer installed.
Delete your account from inside the app
This takes effect immediately — you do not have to wait for a reply from us.

Open the JadwalTanding app.
•
Tap the Ranks tab in the bottom navigation bar.
•
Scroll to the "Delete account" card below your profile card.
•
Tap it, read the list of what will be removed, then tap "Yes, delete my account".
Delete your account by email
If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot open it, send a deletion request to privacy@jadwaltanding.com with the subject "Delete account".
The basic account in this app is anonymous — we do not hold your email address unless you linked a Google account. So that we can find the right data, include your display name (for example "Player_A1B2"), or send the email from the Google address you linked.
We respond to requests within 30 days at the latest.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes all of the following from our servers:

Account — your account identifier (UUID), display name, avatar colour and — if you linked a Google account — your Google email address and display name.

Predictions and points — every score prediction and the points scored from them. You disappear from the leaderboard.
•
Comments — every comment you posted on a match page.
•
Match reminders — every reminder you switched on.
•
Notification tokens — your device push token, so no further notifications are sent to that device.
What remains
•
Non-personal data — match fixtures, scores, team standings and news articles are not user-owned and remain. None of it points back to you.

Backups — automatic database backups taken by our hosting provider (Supabase) may still contain your data until those backups rotate out. Backups are used for disaster recovery only and are never restored into the app.
•
Data on your device — your language choice and dismissed-prompt flag live on your device, not on our servers. Clear the app data or uninstall the app to remove them.
Deletion is permanent
There is no waiting period and no undo. Once the account is deleted, your predictions and points cannot be restored — not even by us.
The app stays usable afterwards: the next time you open it, a fresh and completely empty anonymous account is created automatically.
