Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 September 2026
JadwalTanding is a free match score prediction app. This page explains what data we collect, why, and what rights you have over it.
In short: you can use the app without giving us an email address. We do not sell your data. Your predictions and display name are public, because that is how the leaderboard works.
Data we collect
The first time you open the app we create an anonymous account for you automatically, without asking for an email address or a password. That account is what lets your predictions be saved and scored.
•
Anonymous account — a random identifier (UUID), an auto-generated display name (for example "Player_A1B2"), and one avatar colour. You can change the display name at any time.
•
Predictions and points — which matches you predicted, the score or winner you picked, when you submitted it, and the points it earned.
•
Comments — the text you post on a match page, together with your display name.
•
Google account (optional) — if you choose to link a Google account, Google gives us your email address, display name, and Google account identifier. This only happens when you initiate it.
•
Notification token — Android and iOS apps only — a device token from the Expo push service, so we can send the match reminders you switch on. The token is only created after you grant notification permission.
•
Analytics data — Android app only. We record two events through Firebase Analytics: which screen was opened, and the fact that a prediction was submitted (including the match ID and the sport name). The web and iOS versions send no analytics.
•
Advertising data — Google AdMob (app) and Google AdSense (web) may access your IP address, device advertising ID, and cookies in order to serve and measure ads.
•
Local storage — on your own device we store your login session, your language choice, and a flag recording that you dismissed a prompt. None of this is transmitted anywhere.
Data we do not collect
•
We never store passwords — there is no password login in this app.
•
We do not collect GPS location, contacts, calendar, microphone, camera, or photo library data.
•
We do not request or process payment data. The app is free.
•
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
What is public
Please note: your predictions, display name, avatar colour, points total, and comments are visible to other users. They appear on the leaderboard, in the crowd-prediction statistics on match pages, and in the comment threads.
Do not put anything you would rather keep private into your display name or your comments. Your email address is never shown to other users.
How we use the data
•
Store your predictions and score them once a match finishes.
•
Show the leaderboard and other users’ prediction statistics.
•
Send the match reminders you switch on yourself.
•
Keep your prediction history when you link a Google account or reinstall the app.
•
Serve the ads that pay for this free service.
•
Understand, in aggregate, which features get used so the app can be improved.
Legal bases for processing (GDPR)
For users in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, our legal bases are as follows.
•
Performance of the service — the anonymous account, predictions, points, and leaderboard are processed so the core function of the app can work at all.
•
Consent — push notifications, Google account linking, personalised advertising, and analytics only run after you agree to them. You can withdraw consent at any time.
•
Legitimate interests — basic security, abuse prevention, and aggregate statistics that do not identify you personally.
Advertising and consent
This app and website show Google ads. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, our site presents a Google-certified consent form before any personalised advertising is served. You can refuse, or set your choices per purpose, and still use every feature — the ads simply become non-personalised.
On the Android app you can reset or delete your advertising ID under device Settings → Google → Ads.
Watching a rewarded ad to unlock the match analysis panel is entirely optional, and the access it grants lasts 30 minutes and is held in device memory only.

Third-party services
We use the following providers to run the service. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
•
Supabase — database, authentication, and storage of predictions and comments.
•
Google (Firebase Analytics, AdMob, AdSense, Sign-In) — Android app analytics, ad serving, and optional account linking.
•
Expo — delivery of push notifications to your device.
•
Vercel — website hosting, including standard technical access logs.

Data storage and retention
•
Predictions and points are kept for as long as your account exists. We do not delete them automatically, because the leaderboard is recalculated from predictions every time it is opened — deleting them would change other users’ point totals.
•
News articles we display are deleted automatically after 180 days.
•
Data in your device’s local storage disappears when you uninstall the app or clear your browser data.
•
Uninstalling the app does not delete data held on our servers. To do that, delete your account from the Ranks tab inside the app, or send a request to the email address below.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of your data, to receive a copy of it, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent you previously gave.
You can delete your account yourself at any time: open the Ranks tab, tap "Delete account", and confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent. The Delete Account page explains exactly what is removed.
For any other request — or if the app is no longer installed — send your request to the address in the Contact section and we will respond within 30 days. Because the base account is anonymous, please include your display name, or link your Google account first, so we can find the right data.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Children
This service is not directed at children under 13, nor at children under 16 in jurisdictions that require that age. We do not knowingly collect children’s data. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, contact us and we will delete it.
International data transfers
Our providers operate servers outside Indonesia and outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Such transfers are covered by the legal mechanisms each provider relies on, typically the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Security
All traffic runs over HTTPS. Database access is constrained by row-level security rules, so only you can write your own predictions, and submissions are rejected by the server once a prediction locks. We store no passwords, so there are none to leak. No system is completely immune, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update the "last updated" date above. For changes that materially affect your rights, we will also give notice inside the app.
